Full of folk charm and bursting with colour, these three traditional folk Bulgarian bowls are the ultimate cereal receptacle. Originating from the northern city of Troyan, in the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, this style of folk decoration is thought to have been inspired by the dazzling patterns on the feathers of peacocks living at the court of the Ottoman Empire.
