This traditional Portuguese majolica hanging plate features a cool crab and joyful molluscs that are sure to wow guests with their wildness. Traditionally referred to as 'Palissy ware', from the work of 16th century potter Bernard Palissy, this typically Portuguese type of 'rusticware' is characterized by three-dimensional aquatic animals such as snakes, fish, lizards, frogs, and snails decorated with brightly-coloured glazed.
